Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on number of packages, package volume, overall weight, and destination. We package products in the minimum boxes necessary and ship via the least expensive carrier unless otherwise specified. Liftgate and/or inside delivery service may incur additional charges.

Expedited Shipping

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

Please contact us at (760) 343-0555 for international shipping options. Free shipping promotions only apply to the continental U.S.

Upon Arrival

Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for any shortage or damage and note it on the freight bill. If damage is discovered after the driver leaves, save the packing and contact us at (760) 343-0555. Do not return damaged items without a return authorization number.

Returns

Merchandise returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus any applicable freight costs. Custom-made orders are non-refundable and not returnable.
