The Wear-Ever stir-fry pan by Vollrath redefines strength, durability and performance. It’s made of heavy-duty 3004-Series aluminum and features a unique hardcoat strength coating that alters the surface of the pan with a unique electrochemical bonding process that results in a nonporous and nonreactive surface that is 400 percent stronger. An insulated Cool Handle rubber grip sleeve offers a comfortable grip and is best-suited for temperatures up to 450°F, if used continuously, or 600°F, if used intermittently. The Ever-Tite™ riveting system promises a lifetime limited warranty against loose rivets and a strong, reliable connection, which is perfect for stir-frying and other cooking methods that require frequent pan movement.
